What will be selection criteria for the candidates?

What is ratio from Cs to non-Cs people in company?
The ratio typically stays at 60:40 (CS to non-CS).
How do you train?
For non-CS graduates aiming to start a career in software engineering, we first help them build basic CS skills. After that, they follow a structured learning path for advanced topics. The entire training takes 3 to 4 months to complete.
What concepts/courses are mandatory for non-CS people?
The interview will primarily based on your engineering discipline. Candidates must show a passion for learning, a willingness to take on new challenges, and a proven track record of exceeding expectations compared to their peers. A strong passion for problem-solving is also crucial.
What will be our progression in the company?
Once you have completed the training, your progression will be the same as any other software engineer.
Which disciplines in engineering are eligible?
People from electrical, mechanical, materials, mechatronics, or any other discipline with a minor in CS or passion for coding are welcome to apply.
