What is the interview process and selection criteria?
The interview process consists of three stages:
1. HR interview (Strong communication skills, cultural fit, motivation)
2. Technical interview (specific skills you’ve highlighted in your CV, showing how you’ve gone above and beyond compared to your peers.)
3. Final interview with CEO. (how your skills can contribute to the company’s long-term goals)

Selection is mainly based on your performance in the interview. We review your CV and ask questions based on the details you’ve shared to see how well you know each topic. Instead of looking for many skills, we look for one or two areas where you’ve really stood out and done better than others
What kind of projects are you working on?
As a service firm, our projects span multiple domains, including healthcare, fintech, edtech, automotive, e-commerce, and real estate.
How long is the training period?
The training period usually takes 1-2 months to complete the entire training path. We offer structured learning paths to ensure new hires are well-prepared for their roles.
Is the work full-time or probationary?
We always offer full-time positions to graduates. It is necessary for every candidate to complete the training period and finish all assigned exercises.
Are your services purely services-based or a hybrid model?
We mostly operate services-based model but we are working on our internal products as well.
What are the learning benefits?

Which tech stacks do you work with?
We work with JavaScript through and through, using several JavaScript tech stacks to solve customer problems. The choice of stack depends on the use case and the problem at hand.
What are the salary expectations for an entry-level role?
The salary range for entry-level roles is PKR 100,000 to PKR 140,000, depending on your profile and potential.
Do you offer internships leading to job?
No, we only offer internships to 2nd and 3rd-year students. Final-year students can join us as full-time employees.
